We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Remote Impact Client Support Delegate, supporting our esteemed clients and contributing to the success of our Body Fix Program.

The Role

As a Remote Impact Client Support Delegate, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Inward Body Shop in all aspects of its Approved Impact Program. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Work planning support: Collaborate with Client Guarantee Trained professionals and the Body Shop to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Vehicle appearance arrangement: Work with the Body Shop to arrange for vehicle appearance, including twist and CCC organization appearance.
  • Client correspondence and assumption: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Rental coordination and hand off: Coordinate vehicle rentals and handoffs to ensure a smooth experience for our clients.
  • Material and supplies reordering: Reorder materials and supplies as needed to support the Body Shop's operations.
  • Fix survey and conveyance: Conduct surveys and conveyance of vehicles to ensure quality and efficiency.

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Bachelor's degree in a related field

, such as collision repair or a related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

, with the ability to follow directions and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Microsoft Office experience

, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and other relevant software.

Ability to train others

, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.

Comfort working in a crash shop environment

, with the ability to work independently in a restricted oversight setting.
