Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, chat, and email. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing timely and accurate solutions to their concerns

  • Walk customers through the process of creating accounts, resetting passwords, and uploading documents
  • Utilize our CRM system to track customer interactions, update records, and escalate issues as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, or related experience

  • High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer or laptop with a working camera
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Work Environment

* Remote work arrangement, with the flexibility to work from home

  • Must provide own equipment, including a computer or laptop, headset, and webcam
  • Must have a dedicated workspace with minimal distractions and interruptions
  • Must be available to work any shift, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs

Schedule

* Full-time, 40-hour work week

  • Must be available to work any shift below:

+ Hours of Operation: Mon-Sat 7:30 AM - 8 PM EST

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs

Compensation and Benefits
