• Processing Corporate Action Events and performing research on complex and escalated issues
• Conducting testing and validation of new technology enhancements and provider improvements
• Collaborating with Retail and Institutional Service Teams through email, phone, Slack, Expectation, and Salesforce
• Representing blithequark in daily relationships with fund providers, transfer brokers, converse agencies, and other external business partners

Task-Specific Responsibilities

Some of the specific tasks the Remote Data Entry and Reconciliation Specialist will be responsible for include:

• Study and assessment of membership agreements or transfer requests
• Client/Advisor level exemptions and regulatory responsibilities (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
• Reconciliation of field, returns, and transfer damages
• Assessment and analysis of correct tax programming and corrections of income tax coding
• Troubleshooting internal/external system enhancements or issues
• Identifying and resolving discrepancies between blithequark, fund companies, and other external partners
