The Role
This is a hybrid work position based in San Antonio, TX, and requires a minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a contact call center or shared services center or fast-paced office operations environment. As a Customer Service Team Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Leading a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Coaching and training team members to improve their skills and performance
* Supervising remote team members and ensuring they have the necessary resources and support
* Managing a flexible schedule, including day and evening shifts, and some weekends
* Reading and writing English as demonstrated by clear and concise written and verbal communications
* Creating and delivering group presentations on function-related subject matter and writing reports in a clear, concise form
* Operating Microsoft Office applications such as word processing, presentations, and spreadsheets at a level consistent with the essential functions of this job
* Time management, prioritization, and organizational skills as demonstrated by prior work experience
* Analytical skills as demonstrated by prior work experience
* Teamwork skills as demonstrated by prior work experience
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential
