Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to REALTORS and homeowners via phone, email, and other communication channels. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, provide product information, and promote our services in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from REALTORS and homeowners in a timely and professional manner

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product information and promote blithequark services in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Background and drug screen required
  • Strong telephone skills, good written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic, integrity, and values
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
  • 1 year of call center experience (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, marketing)

  • Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, French, Mandarin)
