Position Overview

As a VIP Helpline Agent at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, providing empathetic support and assistance. Your role is crucial in ensuring our seniors receive the care they deserve, and you'll play a vital part in our mission to transform healthcare. Responsibilities

As a VIP Helpline Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls from seniors in our community with professionalism and empathy
  • Gathering and verifying demographic information with care and attention to detail
  • Using problem-solving skills to identify and address caller needs effectively
  • Documenting all interactions accurately and in accordance with procedures
  • Providing reassurance and support to callers, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and concerns
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer service

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications and data entry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with seniors and their families
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus, but not required
  • A minimum internet speed of 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
  • A dedicated workspace free from distractions or interruptions
