What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in their lives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers with a smile and a positive attitude
• Professionally responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to high-level management to ensure seamless resolution
• Following up on complicated customer interactions where required to ensure customer satisfaction
• Recording details of customer interactions (proficiently and accurately) to help us improve our services
• Developing rapport with customers through upbeat and positive interactions that leave a lasting impression
• Offering solutions, not excuses – because we believe in delivering results and exceeding customer expectations

• Excellent customer service attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer, making their experience exceptional
• Friendly, confident, and a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
• Positive and quick troubleshooter who can think on their feet and resolve issues efficiently

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred)
• 1 year of call center experience (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and open tabs (required)
• Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills (required)
