Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Provide incoming customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
  • Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
  • Follow, document, and retrieve information from databases
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOs, or comparable technology is preferred
  • Offer additional products and/or services
  • Deliver expert customer experiences... with a smile

Essential Qualifications

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will bring value and success to every interaction with our customers. The other qualifications for our Bilingual Customer Service Representative role include:

  • Fluency in both French and English
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service
  • High school diploma or GED
  • A quiet and distraction-free home environment
  • Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of a computer
  • Mastery of multi-tasking
  • Desire to learn new technologies
  • A desktop or laptop computer for testing PC and Internet
  • A work computer may be provided, depending on the offered position, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed in detail with a recruiter)
