Key Responsibilities

As a Data Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Working with a variety of text, speech, and other types of data to extract valuable insights and information
• Ensuring high-quality data entry, using established rules and guidelines to meet our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Reporting any issues with tools and software as they arise, and collaborating with our development team to resolve them
• Taking ownership and initiative to identify areas for improvement and propose enhancements to our existing tooling and processes
• Maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to all relevant blithequark policies and procedures for handling sensitive data

A Day in the Life

As a Data Associate, you'll be part of a collaborative team that's passionate about using data to drive business decisions and improve customer experiences. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including:

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Data Associate, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, data science, or mathematics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and teams
