  • Processing transactions and account updates accurately and securely, adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and security standards.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, call resolution, and quality assurance standards, demonstrating your commitment to excellence.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in a call center or remote environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
