As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to our policyholders, answering their questions, and helping them navigate their insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Answering billing questions, making policy changes, and providing recommendations to our customers
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve our customer service goals and objectives
  • Staying up-to-date on our products and services, as well as industry trends and developments
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and sales performance

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • A strong customer service background, with experience in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Previous experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on customer service and sales
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services, including auto, home, and life insurance
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds

Compensation and Benefits
