Job Summary

As a Customer Care Professional at blithequark, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with clients to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and deliver exceptional experiences. You will be part of a high-performing team that is passionate about building long-term relationships with our clients and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats with clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of blithequark's products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Utilize key selling skills, such as building rapport, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing deals
  • Provide exceptional client care by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to senior team members as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, including account information and sales data
  • Comply with all administrative and compliance rules related to sales and service practices

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or customer service

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a sales or service environment
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships with clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems, email, and chat platforms

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role at blithequark or a similar organization

  • Knowledge of blithequark's products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including English and Spanish
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
