Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing data related to patient information, prescriptions, and other retail transactions. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all data is accurate, up-to-date, and securely stored in our systems. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently process patient information, prescriptions, and other retail transactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, prescriptions, and other retail transactions
- Ensure that all data is securely stored in our systems and comply with relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborate with our team to identify and resolve data entry errors or discrepancies
- Develop and maintain effective data entry processes and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and colleagues
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare administration, business administration)
- Current licensure as a pharmacist or pharmacy technician in the states within the region
- Experience performing data entry exercises that demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant state and federal regulations
- Affirmed Immunizer or able to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
* No less than 2 years of experience as a pharmacist or pharmacy technician in a retail setting, including prescription filling and check, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance
- Experience with data entry software and systems
- Knowledge of pharmacy and healthcare regulations and laws
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
