Job Summary

As an Operations Support Analyst, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customer service and business development teams. You'll be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing insights that inform our business decisions. You'll also work closely with our teams to develop and implement process improvements, drive business growth, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform analysis of outside data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements

  • Develop and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with our teams to develop and implement process improvements and drive business outcomes
  • Gather, organize, and analyze data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
  • Develop and present reports and dashboards to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Lead and participate in project teams and presentations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned by management

Deals Activities Group

The Deals Activities Group drives all sales enablement initiatives while focusing on people, processes, and tools. This group delivers critical technology capabilities, drives internal associations for cross-functional initiatives, and creates and empowers various sales support initiatives.

Key Responsibilities (Deals Activities Group)

* Support the outreach team with analysis, sales tools, CRM, salesforce, and dashboard reporting

  • Develop and disseminate communications and security to blithequark Business Group and customers
  • Provide customer service to blithequark Business Group and customers by answering and managing customer and sales requests using CRM tools
  • Assist in developing and delivering onboarding and training materials for the Group
  • Participate in impromptu sales initiatives, promotions, and planning
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and complete tasks with tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in customer service, sales, or business development

  • Knowledge of CRM tools and salesforce
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Strong understanding of business operations and processes
