About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. As the face of our organization, you will have the opportunity to make positive interactions with our customers every day, from organizing a unique travel or lifestyle experience to assisting them with their everyday needs. You will develop your skills through industry-leading training and ongoing education, all while setting the standard for world-class, customer-first support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls while engaging and conversing with entrepreneurs and managers, learning about their needs, and recommending the right blithequark products
  • Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to communicate relevant product features, benefits, and other aspects of blithequark Small Business Services
  • Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing deals
  • Provide exceptional customer care by responding to questions about accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment
  • Record important account data according to established policies and procedures
  • Integrity: Comply with all Administrative and Compliance rules related to servicing and sales practices

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Customer support experience (2 years+) with a focus on building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, intelligence, and strong written and verbal communication
  • Proven success in a customer support and sales environment (2 years+)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the capability to multitask and navigate in an electronic setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in a remote or home-based work environment
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
