About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will be working as a Partner Record Goal Agent, supporting the Auto Division within Buyer Loaning. Your primary responsibility will be to offer exceptional support to our clients while making a positive impact on their lives. As a section-level Record Goal Expert, you will utilize your knowledge of organization products, services, policies, and Record Goal systems to drive success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Record Goal practical area by applying knowledge of organization products, services, policies, and Record Goal systems
• Communicate with delinquent clients, gathering and organizing terms of reimbursement on outstanding account balances
• Perform routine conditional tasks, such as accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls using an auto dialer or direct dial system to determine the reason for delinquency
• Seek guidance from supervisors and escalate complex issues to Record Goal personnel
• Collaborate with the quick Record Goal team on essential Record Goal-related data, as well as internal and external clients

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree and have at least 3+ years of experience in Record Goal, client contact, customer support, or sales environment, or equivalent experience demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.

• Military knowledge or analytical experience, including operational management, project management, mission development management, and financial management
