• THD Process and Strategy (20%): Identify and address customer, service provider, and blithequark partner issues promptly, utilizing established processes and strategies to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
