- Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
- Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.
- Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
- Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to follow through and prioritize tasks on the fly.
- Phone support experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
- Order entry experience, including inputting change requests and orders.
- Customer feedback experience, with the ability to share updates with clients, even when the information is not what they want to hear.
- Quality control/quality assurance experience.
- Order/return processing experience, a plus.
Technical/IT Skills
While not required, previous experience with SAP and the Microsoft Office suite of tools will be given priority consideration. Additionally, candidates with hands-on experience with these systems will be viewed favorably.What's In It for You
