Responsibilities

As a Customer Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support through live chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client inquiries
  • Collaborating with our technical support team to troubleshoot complex issues and provide solutions
  • Documenting issues and resolutions thoroughly, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and process improvement
  • Utilizing your judgment to sense client moods and respond with empathetic and patient behavior
  • Monitoring the service desk ticket queue and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely resolution of client inquiries
  • Proactively engaging with clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to educate them on our features and provide value-added support
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business success and achieve company goals

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous technical customer support experience, preferably in a SaaS or software development environment
  • Knowledge of SQL and REST API, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
