The Role

As a Live Chat Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for engaging with online visitors in real-time, providing accurate information about our construction and roofing services, and converting chat interactions into qualified leads or scheduled appointments. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, fast typing, and a friendly, professional tone. You'll work closely with our sales and project teams to ensure smooth handoffs and provide exceptional support experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage multiple live chat conversations with website visitors simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and responding promptly to all inquiries during assigned hours.

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about blithequark's construction and roofing services, including product offerings, pricing, and availability.
  • Convert chat interactions into qualified leads or scheduled appointments, using your expertise to identify and address customer needs and concerns.
  • Document interactions in CRM systems and maintain organized records, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Communicate effectively with sales and project teams to ensure smooth handoffs and provide exceptional support experiences.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries, using your knowledge and expertise to resolve issues and address customer concerns.

Requirements:

* Prior experience in live chat support, customer service, or virtual assistance, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support experiences.

  • Excellent written communication and typing speed (minimum 45 WPM), with the ability to type accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining a friendly and helpful tone, prioritizing tasks and responding promptly to all inquiries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems, with experience using tools like LiveChat, Intercom, or Zendesk Chat.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and quiet remote work setup, with a dedicated workspace and minimal distractions.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams in multiple languages.

  • Experience with tools like LiveChat, Intercom, or Zendesk Chat, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support experiences.
