Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Maintaining organized filing systems for digital documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval of critical information
  • Efficiently entering, updating, and managing data related to various direct marketing campaigns, utilizing your expertise in MS Office products such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Scheduling appointments and managing anniversary calendars with precision, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication
  • Preparing and coding orders for billing/invoicing using data processing reports, guaranteeing accurate and efficient billing processes
  • Providing exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly, demonstrating professionalism and empathy
  • Managing incoming phone calls with poise and confidence, ensuring effective phone etiquette and a positive customer experience

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a preference for experience in data entry or customer service roles
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and customers
