Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – Remote Associate at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Developing long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and tailoring our products and services to meet their unique requirements.
• Meeting sales targets and exceeding performance expectations, through proactive outreach and engagement with clients.
• Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless communication and delivery of our products and services.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and applying this knowledge to improve our products and services.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, marketing) preferred.
• Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a sales or insurance-related role.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
• Certifications: Life insurance license (or ability to obtain) required; other certifications (e.g. sales, marketing) preferred.
