Responsibilities

As a Remote American Express Chat Professional, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling customer chats, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing excellent communication and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a chat or call center environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in chat software and technology
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Essential Qualifications:
