What You'll Do...

As an Entry-Level Remote Chat Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with both customer support queries and sales-related questions, helping to enhance customer experience and drive business success.
  • Receiving comprehensive training to handle various types of interactions effectively, ensuring you're well-equipped to meet our clients' needs.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, email, and social media channels.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
