Job Overview

As a Customer Solutions Design Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in designing and delivering innovative solutions for our customers. Your expertise will specialise in one of three distinct disciplines: network solutions, voice solutions, or contact centre solutions. You will be part of a dedicated team that spans the globe, collaborating with colleagues to deliver medium to large designs and explaining complex technical solutions in a clear and concise manner. Your work will have a significant impact on our customers, and you will be recognised for your expertise and contributions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Solutions Design Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to technical discussions within the team, leading others towards a better understanding and encouraging a dialogue to improve design principles
  • Promoting blithequark's solutions and understanding customer needs to provide relevant solutions
  • Continually challenging yourself, questioning current processes, and managing changes to work efficiently
  • Providing deep technical knowledge in a simple manner to customers
  • Managing risks associated with designs, driving technology direction, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • In-depth experience with Cisco ACI and Cisco SD-WAN
  • Strong knowledge of routing and switching, Cisco LAN/WAN, and CCNA/CCNP qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer needs
