Job Summary

As a Remote Enrollment Adviser/Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience, with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
