Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering benefit enrollment materials and determining client eligibility in a timely and efficient manner
- Handling incoming customer service calls, dispatching them promptly and effectively
- Accepting customer calls, responding promptly, and returning customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Representing clients' best interests while responding to their requests for coverages, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
- Creating and explaining individualized policies using our Needs Analysis system, providing clear and concise information to clients
- Working closely with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide the best possible service to our clients
