Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Associate – TurboTax Product Expert, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to provide top-notch service
  • Participating in ongoing training and certification programs to stay up-to-date on blithequark products and services
  • Building strong relationships with customers to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
