Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative - Insurance Agency Team Member at blithequark, you will play a vital role in generating exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of our successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people will make you a perfect fit for this role. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering customer inquiries and providing policy information in a clear and concise manner
• Assisting customers with policy changes and updates, ensuring seamless and efficient service
• Processing insurance claims and following up with customers to ensure timely resolution
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring data integrity and compliance

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Property/Casualty license (required)
