Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer questions through a live chat dashboard, using saved responses and written workflows to stay on-brand
- Assist with login issues, order confirmations, account updates, and billing, flagging complex tech or billing issues for escalation
- Track and tag each interaction clearly and accurately, maintaining a professional, polite, and solution-focused tone in all responses
- Use your typing skills to deliver fast and helpful replies, working independently and efficiently to resolve customer issues
