Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Receptionist and Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and project deadlines using Google Workspace and other tools
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data, including contact information, project details, and communication history
  • Updating CRM systems and spreadsheets to ensure seamless project tracking and customer management
  • Editing and converting PDF documents as needed
  • Providing administrative support, including email management, calendar organization, and data entry
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless communication and project execution
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer support and administration processes
