Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Fielding customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve questions, issues, and concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues
  • Upselling when required

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional experiences. To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be able to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • Have at least 6 months of customer service experience (preferably in a healthcare setting)
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Possess the ability to type 25 wpm
  • Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Be comfortable with desktop computer systems
  • Demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Possess logical problem-solving skills
  • Be able to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Exhibit organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure your success in a remote work environment, you must:

  • Have a reliable internet connection with the following specifications:

+ Minimum subscribed Download rate equal to or exceeds 25.0 MBPS + Minimum subscribed Upload rate equal to or exceeds 10.0 MBPS + ISP must have no packet loss and Ping under 30MS

  • Provide proof of internet speed
  • Maintain a clean and quiet workspace
