Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Warren and Washington County. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues efficiently, and promoting our services to the community. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. - Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a technical or telecommunications environment. - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. - Familiarity with fiber-to-the-home networks and related technologies. - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions. - Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision and guidance.
