Your Role at blithequark
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Fielding inbound calls from medical professionals, using medical terminology to request and verify benefits
- Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening and empathy
- Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
- Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful
- Appropriately and professionally communicating with customers
- Providing support for Health Care Providers
- Researching benefit information
- Handling situations that may require adaptation of response or extensive research
- Accurately documenting and maintaining all interactions
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
- 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure your success in this role, we require:
- Internet Requirements:
