Job Summary

  • Use various computer systems and applications to resolve customer issues and provide support

Essential Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience is a plus

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability for flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide a positive experience
