Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service in person, by phone, and via email. You will schedule maintenance and repair appointments, liaise between customers and the workshop to ensure timely updates and resolutions, process job cards, invoices, and warranty claims, and maintain accurate records and support front-office admin tasks. You will be the single point of contact for the customer, providing relevant, accurate, and timely information to ensure that customer expectations are managed at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule maintenance and repair appointments

• Process job cards, invoices, and warranty claims
