Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat on our website and social media platforms

  • Provide accurate and timely assistance to customers, resolving issues and answering questions
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer queries
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless customer support and exceptional experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Essential Qualifications:
