Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have a wide range of responsibilities, including:

  • Greeting customers, running the register, and cashiering with a smile
  • Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to provide a seamless shopping experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
  • Interacting with customers daily, building relationships, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner
  • Working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals and achieve sales targets
  • Coming up with creative solutions to problems and thinking on your feet to meet customer needs

You're a Great Fit If...

* You have retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • You're a sales associate or cashiering expert, with a passion for upselling and cross-selling products
  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent, and a motivation to advance in your career
  • You're willing to learn and have fun, with a positive attitude and a can-do spirit
  • You're physically able to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required
