Job Summary

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service to our clients, providing education and resources to help them achieve their financial goals. You'll work closely with our training team to develop your skills and knowledge, and you'll have the opportunity to progress to more complex customer interactions as you grow in your role.

What to Expect

* Training and Development: You'll join a training cohort of associates during the first 14 weeks, where you'll learn about the financial services industry, develop your skills, and gain new experiences.

  • Customer Service: You'll assist customers with a broad range of needs, including answering questions about their 401k account balance, helping with withdrawals and loans, and providing education or resources.
  • Rewards and Recognition: Your achievements will be celebrated as you progress through the program, and you'll have opportunities to earn rewards and recognition for your hard work and dedication.
  • Flexibility: This is a full-time hourly phone position that also offers the opportunity to work extra hours based on business needs and your availability.

  • Customer Service Experience: You'll have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with a high school diploma or GED required.

  • Shifts and Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week (Must have open availability from 7:30am to 11:00pm CST). Overtime hours are encouraged during peak call periods.
