As a Senior Program Manager, Customer Experience, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about crafting end-to-end customer journeys that exceed expectations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, drive innovative solutions, and reduce seams in the customer experience. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of customer experiences, ensuring that every touchpoint is optimized for maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities

* Evaluate blithequark's current customer experience strategies and touchpoints, documenting, redefining, optimizing, and measuring them to ensure seamless customer journeys.

  • Understand and map the blithequark journey for various audiences and channels, identifying opportunities, failures, and gaps in the process.
  • Proactively develop and implement initiatives to further drive enhancements, leveraging your expertise in project management, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving.
  • Manage CX workstream activities to achieve business goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all CX projects, journey stage opportunities, and develop and implement initiatives to further drive enhancements.
  • Develop and lead project pilot strategy, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

What You'll Need to Succeed

* A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills, with the ability to effectively and professionally communicate with management, staff, and customers.
  • Sound judgment and reasoning skills, with the ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously.
  • Consistent prioritization of safety and security of self, others, and personal data, with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency, and authorization to work in the United States.

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge

* +2 years of project management experience, preferably in an agile environment.

  • Experience working on digital transformation projects, with a strong understanding of customer experience principles.
  • Travel and/or tourism industry experience, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to think creatively and lead a team to solve problems collaboratively.
  • Self-sufficient multi-tasker, highly proficient in original approaches and innovative ideas, with a strong ability to work independently to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and solve problems in a timely and accurate manner.
