Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for:

  • Inputting data from source documents into prescribed computer databases, files, and forms with high accuracy.
  • Verifying data by comparing it to source documents and making necessary corrections.
  • Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations.
  • Retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested.
  • Performing regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry software.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset.

Experience

Previous experience in data entry or related administrative roles is preferred. However, we are open to training and developing the right candidate.

Working Hours

This is a part-time, flexible position, requiring approximately 20-25 hours per week. You will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the Philippines, making it an ideal opportunity for those who value work-life balance.
