About the Role

The Customer Experience team at blithequark is responsible for driving the best possible user experience through process improvement, order management, and problem-solving. As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be tasked with ensuring that our customers receive the product they ordered as quickly as possible and resolving any issues that may arise. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional support to our buyers and sellers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Interact with buyers and sellers with a customer-first attitude, ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues promptly
  • Resolve customer issues regarding payments, orders, shipments, and general questions with high quality and in a timely manner
  • Become an expert in the blithequark product, processes, and systems to drive positive outcomes for our users
  • Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions and issues
  • Seek out opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience

About You

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional support. Here are some of the skills and qualifications we're looking for:

  • 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat services
  • Weekend availability required
  • Fluent in English and German, with a deep understanding of the DACH market
  • Understanding of e-commerce and marketplace operations
  • Experience with customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom
  • Obsession with customers and a passion for delivering exceptional support
  • Proactive problem-solver and process-improver
  • Knowledge of collectibles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous start-up experience is a plus
