Key Responsibilities:

- Record call details, customer requests, and feedback
- Resolve customer questions, complaints, or concerns professionally
- Transfer calls to relevant departments if needed
- Meet daily/weekly call performance targets
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information
Skills & Requirements:
- Good communication skills (voice clarity & polite tone)
- Ability to handle multiple conversations professionally
- Basic computer skills (typing, email, call handling software)
- Stable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Previous call center experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be reliable, responsible, and willing to learn
Working Hours:
- Flexible part-time schedule (depends on shift availability)
