Job Description
As a member of our team, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Helping customers resolve issues and answer questions related to our products and services
* Providing support and guidance to customers, both over the phone and via email
* Selling new or improved services to existing customers
* Activating credit cards and resolving related issues
* Maintaining and updating customer information as required
* Recording call information for audit and reporting purposes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Strong computer navigation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
* Exceptional listening and comprehension skills
