What You Will Do:

As a Customer Support Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with hot leads and existing customers via calls, emails, and other digital channels to provide exceptional support and build long-lasting relationships
  • Identifying and escalating complex technical issues, ensuring prompt resolution of requests and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Assisting customers with inquiries related to product features, usage, and troubleshooting
  • Meeting team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contributing to the overall success of the support team
  • Maintaining working knowledge of our client's products and services, staying up-to-date with new features and updates
  • Securingly handling customers' sensitive information, adhering to data protection and confidentiality policies

What You Need to Succeed in This Role:

To excel as a Customer Support Consultant, you will need:

  • Excellent Dutch language skills (at least C1 level for both spoken and written) and English language skills at B2 level
  • Experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS or tech-related environment
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and other productivity tools
  • Positive and responsible attitude, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving
  • Tech-savvy, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Nice to Have:

While not essential, experience in sales, CRM systems, and other related areas will be a great plus in this role.
