Responsibilities

As a Technical Analyst at blithequark, your responsibilities will include:

• Demonstrating expertise in MarTech, Ad Tech, and Customer Data Platforms, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to elicit, document, and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical and marketing teams
• Conducting thorough research and authoring both functional and technical documentation with precision
• Creating and delivering executive-level presentations that effectively communicate complex technical concepts to business audiences
• Analyzing and optimizing digital customer journeys, personalization strategies, and campaign effectiveness
• Managing stakeholder relationships and bridging the gap between marketing, data engineering, and product teams
• Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in MarTech, Ad Tech, and Customer Data Platforms, and applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

• A strong background in digital marketing, ad tech, or MarTech environments, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Proficiency with Adobe Experience Cloud products, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and AEP
• Comprehensive understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs), identity resolution processes, and data governance protocols
• Knowledge of ad tech integrations such as LiveRamp, clean rooms, and data onboarding solutions
• Expertise in creating and delivering executive-level presentations, with a strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process gaps and recommend solutions
• Collaborative and forward-thinking approach, with a strong ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
