Job Summary

As our Head of Customer Management, Strategic Sales (Logistics/SaaS), you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of sales professionals, developing and executing account strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence within the Retail and FMCG vertical. Key Responsibilities

* Lead a dynamic team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence within the Retail and FMCG vertical.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, and use this information to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in a frontline sales leader role with a track record of driving bookings and revenue growth.

  • Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced business environment, with the ability to pivot quickly in response to changing circumstances.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Experience with logistics/LogTech/SaaS background, with a deep understanding of the industry and its trends.
  • Data-driven decision-making, with the ability to use data and analytics to inform sales strategies and tactics.

* Experience working in a SaaS environment, with a deep understanding of the sales cycle and customer acquisition strategies.
