About the Role

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Care Representative and Product Support Specialist to join our North America team. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you will play a critical role in delivering best-in-class support to our users, hosting webinars and office hours, and contributing to the development of our internal processes and structures. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional technical support to users, resolving complex issues efficiently and effectively
  • Host webinars and office hours to educate users on our platform and its features
  • Contribute to the development of our internal processes and structures, ensuring scalability and excellence
  • Collaborate with our Product Team to gain a deeper understanding of the user experience and drive product development
  • Prioritize tasks and resolve issues within set timelines, adapting quickly to changes in products and workflows
  • Share knowledge and best practices with team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a university degree and relevant work experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a startup or tech-related environment. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $88,000 + bonus + VSOP. Our benefits include:
