Job Overview

blithequark is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative to join our elite team of professionals. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing technical support, and guiding individuals through the process of finding and enrolling in health insurance. This is a full-time, seasonal position that offers a competitive hourly rate, performance incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently
  • Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform application data entry, online chat inquiries, and other tasks as assigned
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
  • Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability to changing projects and updates
  • Effectively manage time and tasks, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines
  • Complete extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent upon passing required exams

Essential Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Complete background check and drug test within 3 days of hiring
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a personal device and functioning camera required for the training period
  • Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week training period
  • Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet, cable/fiber broadband internet, and a hard-wired ethernet connection (not compatible with mobile internet service providers, satellites, Wi-Fi internet access, or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders)
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • High level of professionalism, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and comfort working from home
  • Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
  • Previous experience with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a call center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
