Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our hotel clients to ensure their success with our online solutions
- Conducting regular business reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customized solutions that meet our clients' unique needs
- Analyzing data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Developing and delivering training programs to help our clients maximize the value of our solutions
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure our clients receive the highest level of satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our solutions remain competitive and effective
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in account management, sales, revenue management, or customer success in the hotel industry, OTAs, hotel tech, or IT companies
- Experience in OTA or hotel revenue management would be a great advantage
- Knowledge of the revenue structure of hoteliers would be a great advantage
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Sinhala and English
- Proactive and able to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong analytical skills
- Comfortable with CRM and computer software, including Excel and Power BI
- Comfortable with ticket and helpdesk systems, such as Zendesk, Omnidesk, or Jira
